A practical guide to reserving and collecting home-cooked food. Detailed order and account policies are linked below.

For buyers

Browse available listings, send a reservation, and watch its status in Your Pickups. Wait for the cook to accept before travelling to collect your meal. Pay the cook in cash at pickup and keep your pickup code handy.

For cooks

Keep your listing details, portions, price and pickup information accurate. Review each incoming reservation, choose Accept or Decline, and confirm pickup only after the buyer has collected and paid for the meal. If neither handover nor No-show is recorded, an accepted order completes automatically 30 minutes after the pickup window ends.
